Hired as Licensing Coordinator in which responsibilities included compliance with state and professional regulatory bodies. • Negotiated directly with clients and assisted professionals in negotiation process • Reviewed and edited contracts initially to streamline attorney review • Point person for all non-disclosure agreements to ensure quick review • Worked with several teams to streamline processes for lines of business, procedures and the complexities of large clients • Responsible for state regulatory compliance for the firm at a business and professional level in all 51 jurisdictions • Researched and advised professionals regarding licensing requirements in other states
