Company was formed to move the Regional Bell Operating Company into the business of providing information based business solutions to customers of the local Bell Operating Companies. During the four-year period, the core group of specialists grew from 30 to 480 employees, six new product lines were developed, and the Bell Communications subsidiaries were incorporated into AIS.
