Daily Duties at Deloitte:
• Managed Office Services operations in the Boston, Waltham, Hartford, Stamford and Wilton Deloitte offices with a team of 22 (4 direct reports) • Responsible for all New England offices to meet or exceed revenue forecast and budget allocations • Development and training of Office Services personnel in the New England Area • Regional financial analysis; identify, report and reconcile financial variances for 13 offices • As part of a regional team, developed strategic goals and objectives for all North East Deloitte Office Services operations • Instituted regional training for consistency in each office; developed regional metrics for performance management • Successfully Instituted a regional program to curtail unwanted bulk mail though the use of “green stamps” and non- profit greening organizations • Project Manager for regional RFP process for outsourcing office services • Instituted regional supply approval/cost saving program to monitor and analyze supply expenditures
