Daily Duties at Business Systems & Consultants, Inc. :
Manage Design of all Installations for the Alabama and Florida territories, including Meeting with the client to Gather Configuration specifications, design Specifications, develop a pilot system and get sign off by the client. Management of the Installation of all client sales of Enterprise Content Management Software for Alabama and Florida territories. Management of the Support of all client Enterprise Content Management Software for Alabama and Florida territories. Assist in Acquiring state of the art ECM products for the sales team product distribution. Project Manage all Installations for the Alabama and Florida territories. Managed a complete support staff for all clients. Managed a Complete Support Team including, Hiring, Firing, evaluating and establishing training goals as each team member required.
