Administrator of MS SharePoint. Worked with team to implement SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) across the enterprise, and was administrator for two team sites in the SharePoint environment. Administrator of Crystal Reports. Created reports for enterprise from different SQL databases for tracking and to provide the daily, weekly, and monthly reports needed by the business. Administrator for ITSM product an enterprise problem tracking tool from Front Range Solutions. Responsible for creation of new instances for several groups within organization resulting in a centralized repository and less administration costs. Administrator for Problem Tracker, from NetResults, which is a powerful, easy-to-use Web-based collaboration tool to help keep track of business issues and automatically manage them to resolution. Manage user accounts by adding and removing rights and users, as well as working with the Help Desk to ensure that the AD changes made there are accurate and replicated. Also responsible for leadership duties for the department. Maintain and administer WSFTP corporate servers. Administrator OnBase Document Management software for 18 different sites. Each site has its own instance of the OnBase application and SQL Server. Install OnBase and configuration of application for new sites. Primary on 15+ off the shelf applications, in application support role. Backup and primary on 40+ Web applications help to enhance, update and maintain them.
