Daily Duties at Anheuser Busch Cos.:

• Primary responsibility for maintaining the International earnings projection and all related analyses. This includes comparison of actual results vs. budget and projection and recommending changes to Management. Also serve as the Financial and Administrative support role for Canada Operations (largest volume market internationally with profit of over $60MM). Works closely with the Country Manager and Region VP to ensure smooth operations and attainment of financial objectives. - Canada Operations: prepare monthly/quarterly/annual projections and analysis of variances, including identifying all factors causing change and potential changes to the projection. Also prepare the annual budget, five year plan, analysis of variances vs. financial plan and calculate the foreign currency exposure forecast. Daily analysis and support to Country Manager and Region VP including preparation of major presentations and completion of special projects. - Develop weekly and monthly Earnings Projections. Update earnings forecast for all regions based on data received from each Region or prepared analyses. Identify potential earnings adjustments on a timely basis. Maintain an understanding of the business reasons for changes in operating performance and recommend changes to the projection. - Prepare a consolidation of the earnings projection for the Controller’s Group including supporting component analysis. - Participate in the preparation of the Fall Strategy Review and Annual Budget. - Ensure accuracy of financial information included in external publications including the Annual report, Quarterly Earnings Release, 10Q, and International Q&A, and Strategy Committee presentations.
