Daily Duties at Raytheon Aircraft:
Support of Precision Assembly, Paint, Processing, & Weld. Capital Equipment Budgets & Acquisitions. Scrap, Rework, & Repair Reporting for all levels of management in Precision Assembly, Paint, Processing, & Weld. Participate in KAIZEN events. Ergonomics Team member who proposed the design of, and coordinated the build of an aluminum ergonomic windshield cart used in transporting windshields. Lean Manufacturing Team member in which we created work cells in Precision Assembly (Rudder Pedals, Chairs & Stairs, and Actuators) utilizing one-piece flow. Reduced Rudder Pedals assembly time from 3.5 hours to 30 minutes.
