Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
Developed and documented programs to assist Xerox outsourcing field organization in successfully installing managed print services in client environments. Coordinated cross-functional organizations to ensure complete support structure for offerings. Participated as on-site manager in roll-out and implementation of new consulting process. Trained Sales Representatives in launch of new consulting process in the Eastern Region. Identified and documented client "current state" processes and developed proposed "future state" processes.
