Developed downstream plasma processing equipment for mass semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Led corss functional team to drive product development from proto-type to matured products including beta product installation, qualification and evaluation. Developed various plasma sources to remove photo-resist film & post via etched film with industrial breakthrough in particle contamination and lowere induced damage possible. Led local supporting field service team to complete installation and support continuous improvement program for high customer satisfaction. Established the best-known-processes for various applications using the newly developed processing equipments. Provided system operation procedure and defined operational windows according to the plasma generation source. Initiated various projects with mass production Trained & mentored new engineers from customers.
