Daily Duties at Cybernetic Learning Systems, Inc.:

Management of boutique training company focused primarily on technology product and services training. Develop and implement company strategy, and policies and procedures. Initiates and maintains client and partner relations. Responsibilities include market planning, business development, sales/marketing, pricing, and training development, delivery, and support. • Collaborate within client organizations to perform analysis, design, development and evaluation of leader-led, online, and/or blended learning solutions to meet performance goals. • Manage development and delivery of a variety of training interventions targeted at each client’s specific needs/requirements. • Identify critical success factors and design evaluation/assessment tools (e.g. pre/post tests) to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials/programs. • Identify, evaluate, and recommend content development and delivery solutions to decrease production time and increase knowledge transference, learner engagement, and training efficiency. • Evaluate needs and design new or modify existing instructional/educational materials/tools and ensure sound instructional design processes, consistency of content and message and compliance with applicable guidelines. • Management of project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Most recent project was $280,000 product training initiative targeted at a telecommunications manufacturer’s channel partners.
