Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Responsible for strategic direction and implementation for all aspects of Web and Windows-based applications, including requirements, design, product/direction, test and production implementation and support. Responsible for yearly goals, budget oversight, contract management and staff development. Managed diverse teams, including system engineers, DBA's, and developers. Implemented a standard for success unmatched by any IT section.
