Built strong relationships with the clients, becoming their primary daily contact. • Maintained inventory levels based on blanket purchase orders. • Purchased corrugated paper and resolved quality and delivery issues. • Scheduled delivery and dock times for paper suppliers based on production needs. • Generated invoices and maintained records on computer. • Trained new employees in a complex computer system, industry standards and in company procedures. • Assisted in the initiation of a new computer system, becoming the backup for the system administrator.
