Liaises and acts as IT intermediary across departments, including marketing, managed markets, medical affairs, patient services, sales, training, drug safety, regulatory, clinical, strategic sourcing, and finance. Led major growth initiatives introducing and taking business to next level of operation in several key areas – Key Opinion Leader Management, Knowledge Management, Data Governance, CRM, etc.,
