• Communicate with underwriting, policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and attorneys to gather information to determine liability and support contested claims in court. • Write estimates on partial and total loss vehicles. • Settling and authorizing payment on property/casualty claims. • Assist policyholders and claimants in understanding the claims process for exceptional customer service to attract new customers and retain current customers to increase revenue. • Evaluator of fraud with fire and theft claims. • Experience in problem solving and decision making for critical liability decisions.
