Daily Duties at I Level By Weyerhaeuser:
Drive sales for Trus Joist Silent Floor Systems and other engineered wood products via telesales and route site meetings to major lumber yards, contractors, engineers, real estate and home designers in the Eastern Washington and Central Idaho territory. Conduct extensive sales training for area commercials sales representatives. I train and manager an outside sales force of five. On a daily basis I develop and write proposals design. Deciphering blue prints and engineering drawings to evaluate product usage. Orchestrate project management for numerous builders. Work extensively with local and county building inspectors along with city code officials. Operational/Financial Highlights: Catapulted company’s market share by 28%, regaining the trust and respect of the building community by transforming its image through exceptional customer service. Achieved 150% of sales quota for OSB each month, fulfilling or surpassing goals for 24 consecutive months. Converted three dealers to iLevel Exclusive Stocking Connections status. Promoted to Senior Sales Manager II in April 2007 for stellar performance. Nationwide downturn in new construction business is resulting in divisional layoffs. Have to be proactive versus reactive.
