Daily Duties at Bombardier Learjet:

1. Extensive 1 week training of each phase of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) methodology followed by three weeks of implementation on actual projects for a total of 5 months. 2. Create project charter, assemble process experts team and guide teams through to project completion. 3. Determine and action appropriate tools to accommodate each phase as it relates to the project. 4. Train analysts the methodology to assist in all project phases at the green belt level. 5. Document all project activities and present results to upper management. 6. Record all project costs and savings of improvement in the Minitab database. 7. Implement projects through high-speed workshops for fast improvement delivery accomplishing at least 80% percent of deliverables. 8. Show proof of demonstrated tools usage and project completion through a comprehensive portfolio for Agent Certification.
