Daily Duties at Trw Vehicle Systems, Inc.:

Responsible for coordinating design / release of engineering changes for TRW and Ford. Further responsibilities included mentoring of personnel, development of new release systems, coordination of engineering changes between TRW’s manufacturing facilities and engineering headquarters. • Trained at Ford Motor Company and Implemented Ford's own on line internal release system Worldwide Engineering Release System "WERS" on site at TRW Automotive, initially four terminals allowing TRW to be a supplier first on line with Ford. • Ongoing Training of TRW "VSSI" Engineering and Manufacturing personnel on the Ford WERS system. • Managed BI-weekly design reviews with Ford and TRW Design/Engineering groups. • Daily Checking of engineering change packages to justify seamless OEM and TRW releases. • Was the single point of contact for all TRW / Ford engineering changes. • Three days a week I represented TRW on site at Ford change control meetings.
