Daily Duties at Bombardier Learjet:
1. Gather customer requirements of request for change (RFC) to the SAP material master. 2. Monitor the USD system for second level support to the service desk. 3. Prioritize and schedule workload effectively to accommodate multiple projects, meetings, requests including travel arrangements. 4. Coordinate with the functional business analyst of CM or the application specialist for adherence to business rule or system integration points respectively. 5. Coordinate all change activities with the Business Relationship Manager.
