assists with 501(c)3 application process; designs and implements new programs for the league; initiates improvements and developments within the league; confers with officers from other regional leagues; manages insurance, attendance, and national best practice compliance; runs Board of Directors meetings; keeps minutes; generates monthly reports to members; oversees sponsorship and bout production committees
