Managed, promoted, directed, and controlled MCI branded unit specializing in prepaid phone cards. Spearheaded concept development and product launch for new products. Headed developmental cross functional teams including Legal, Procurement, Product Development, IT, Engineering, and Sales departments. Analyzed potential vertical markets, formulating marketing and distribution strategies. Orchestrated development of all marketing collateral such as website, product releases, brochures, advertisements, and PC presentations. Generated sales promotions and special incentive programs. Strengthened sales force, performing joint sales calls on key accounts, designing positioning strategies for proposals, and creating and conducting product training.
