Global Purchasing Manager Responsible for corporate contracts, agreements and purchases for global IT initiatives. • Generated cost savings > $22M on IT communications contract, and savings > $50M through reor-ganization and sharing of a common supply base. Global Business Process Manager Selected to head-up “Circle of Excellence” for Purchasing and Supply Chain. Responsible for developing Best Practices, methodologies, procedures and services for the design, configuration, support and fulfillment of global JD Edwards One World implementation for all countries. Collaborated on the design, development and implementation of a state of the art global ERP network linking 33 Cabot plants worldwide. Developed corporate-wide internal Customer Relationship Management strategy; purchasing, policies, procedures and work instructions, in support of Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives. • Honored with the “Samuel Bodman Award for Excellence.” • Changes in the economy created plant closures and lay-offs.
