Daily Duties at Citigroup:
Responsible for providing the Private Bank workforce with knowledge and problem resolution support related to products, processes, systems, and operations. Delivered via a variety of methods including a call center, intranets, webcasts, email broadcasts, training, and consulting. In addition, established/managed a program office to address major issues. Built these capabilities from scratch to a staffing level of approximately 50 people
