• Administration of deliverables, prioritization, monitoring tasks and communication on various projects • Decreased expenditure effecting over $1million savings • Develop training material for the staffing employees, educational material and IT conferencing systems for internal employee processes • Assisting with Helpdesk Ticket resolution • Administering Intellectual property backups weekly • Budget Reports and PowerPoint presentations which were presented to CEO and COO • Successfully negotiated contracts with vendors resultant in Global, companywide savings • Planning and organizing events, launches and promotions • Develop efficiency-enhancing workflow/process improvements on a global level • Completing and approving expense reports • Internal and external meetings, teleconferences and Video conference set up and management
