Led a group of engineers and technician to drive new products, process development, provide related software features requirement and approved hardware reliabilities. Led also cross functional team to achieve targeted goals and monitored departmental action completion status. As process technologist, performed process development and optimization. in charged customer process demonstration and sample testing. Established the Best-Known-Method (BKM) processes for each new product. Assisted marketing and sales department on technical presentations and defining new product specifications. Collected competition status and their product performance in the field. Actively engaged customer new development and requirement for next generation movements.
