Daily Duties at Hbcs:
• Manage the activities of liaison staff operating on site and coordinates all patient accounting follow up activities between HBCS and hospital • Supervises and coordinates the activities of the on site liaison staff • Organizes office operations and procedures • Participate with the hospital and HBCS on operational goals, identify, address and resolve operational and or individual account related issues. • Audit and investigate disputed charges; contact patient, insurance companies, HBCS staff and hospital to resolve data • Compiles and maintain data to measure productivity, account balances and inventory and other procedural reporting requirements. • Train employees on hospital billing system
