Daily Duties at Sunrise Medical:

Started in production, assembling wheelchair seatingsystems. Promoted two levels to Returns Clerk in March 1993. Promoted to Failure Investigator, which entailed all external and internal returns, processing return disposition forms through Customer service and insuring the RA #’s were correct. Moved product through the system with the use of inspection procedures, process specifications, quality assurance through failure inspection. Responsible for the decisions of returning product to Finished Goods, placing into raw goods, or discarding according to FDA standards. Was instrumental in the initial ISO certification and helping to pass two subsequent inspections. Worked with some laboratory standards in testing special case fluids
