Daily Duties at Hitachi Data Systems:
• Support six global recruiters in the offer process to source, screen, and hire candidates • Perform employment verifications • Manage the company's Employee Referral Program – process 15+ per month • Process 10+ background checks and monitor through completion on a weekly basis • Post and monitor jobs on internal and external job boards • Generate weekly metric reports – Run reports via the Taleo Applicant Tracking System and consolidate global summary of open, pending and filled requisitions per week through • Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives for Recruitment Team
