Increased employee knowledge by training and developing fellow employees on problem solving and knowing where to go to get the answer. Assisted in increase of productivity by being a forerunner for correcting back end paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. Received outstanding positive comments from team members on employee reviews, as well as exceptional feedback from senior management. Processed returns, completed sales transactions for new and existing customers, answered questions, responded to concerns and alleviated delicate situations with professionalism and sensitivity to the customers needs.
