Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

I was a manager of retail sales operations who oversaw the daily operations of a store of twenty two direct reports. 
• Directly responsible and focused on all operational and asset management responsibilities within the Verizon Wireless Retail Store location.   Assist the management team in the implementation of all corporate policies and procedures. Oversaw the Assistant Retail Sales Operations and Retail Customer Support Representative. Ensure staff is well trained on policies and procedures.  Responsible for storewide compliance to company policies and procedures.  Responsible for Mid-year and Annual Reviews for all direct reports. Manage and maintain proper inventory levels by determining appropriate minimum/maximum levels. Resolve inventory discrepancies within guidelines. Perform merchandise changes as outlined by online merchandise manager, to maintain compliance with company standards.
