Recruited to oversee accounting migration projects across the globe for this $1B software provider. Overcame challenges to get US banks to make payments in Canadian funds, including correct currency conversion rate. Moved operations to Denver location, saving $500K in G&A expenses. Integrated acquired business partner. Company acquired oversees business partner, prompting need to transition to Asia Financial Accounting Service Center in Singapore. Selected to lead finance integration segment from Australia and New Zealand. Ensured transparency and seamless transition to customers. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget, saving company $1.5M annually.
