• Recruiting Lead for US Operation with a team of 20 recruiters, completely staffed augmentation team for US operations in India for Technology, Technical and Telecom services for Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, Avon, Merrill Lynch, AT & T, Caterpillar and Skirosky and Indian Operations. • Started generating profits within 6 months, full lifecycle recruiting for Information technology and Engineering Professionals, used Brass ring for candidate search and update on status and resume boards like monster, career builder, net-temps, dice, job Vertis, LinkedIn. • Set recruiting targets on weekly/monthly headcounts, Employee management, recruiting strategies, conducting phone screening, skill assessments, technical competence, conduct reference and background checks for best candidate selection and increasing overall company revenue. • Worked with hiring managers, provided exceptional service, with the recruiting team members, successfully streamlined administration, management of all recruiting processes and functions.
