Recruited back to provide technical and financial, standardizing software programs nationwide for this $1.5B home building firm. Selected as the sole financial specialist for three major integrations, lasting up to eight months each. Provided financial technical support for ERP, CRM, World, OneWorld, SPECS, and GL inquiry tools to 250 end-users. Improved and standardized training. Inherited software training project, requiring extensive re-writing prior to going to print. Used financial and industry expertise to revise materials in accordance with real-time practices, managing end-to-end workflow from permitting to warranty programs. Saved $550K in overhead expenses. Standardized month-end close out. Historically, firm used five reporting methods for 20 divisions to complete monthly reporting to headquarters. Consolidated and implemented single software reporting system, improving accuracy, efficiency, and management flexibility. Improved close-out and SEC reporting from 12 to 4 days.
