Daily Duties at World Premier Investments:

Owner representative and project manage from predevelopment,entitlement & construction through facilities management. Work with retail shopping centers w/ multiple Big Box Retailers, office,restaurants, medical and others. Responsible for preparing project reports, project estimates, project schedules, directing and coordinating bidding, awarding contracts and coordinating all phases of construction from initial job walk through project close-out including purchasing and scheduling the delivery of materials to be used. Also ensure A&E & construction coordination with all government regulatory agencies. In addition, provide tenant,contract & lease administration. Provide creative solutions in fast paced environment. Able to lead consultants and construction team to achieve and meet milestones. Partial List of Projects and their location: Retail/Commercial  Grand Plaza Center– 350,000+SF Ground UP (fast track & Design-Build project) Retail Ctr w/ Multiple Major tenants such as BBBY, Nordstrom Rack, Loehmann, PetCo, Shoe Pavilion, Marshall & Sprout Farmer Market w/ a fast track const sched w/Grand Openings within 12 mo timeframe.  Heritage Shopping Center – 120,000+ SF retail center renovation of 40+ yr old neighborhood shopping center in Riverside, CA.  50th & N Neighborhood Center – 35,000+ SF Neighborhood Walgreen Anchor Center w/ McDonald’s & Panda Express in Quartz Hills, CA.  Adelanto Marketplace – Stater Brothers Grocery Anchor w/ Long’s Drug, Denny, BofA, Starbucks shopping center in Adelanto, CA.  Desert Sky Shopping Center-Home Depot anchor and Major Discount Retailer w/ numerous perimeter Multi-tenants shop building in Victorville, CA.
