Daily Duties at Prodigy Investments:
Owner Representative - Oversee, manage, coordinate all aspects of construction/development including, but not limited to, site acquisition, entitlement processes, site acceptance, interfacing w/ A&E firms, value cost engineering, review GC bids, tenant/contract/lease administration. Provide pre-development due diligence research including, but not limited to, property identification, negotiation, proformas, capitalization, IRR analysis, property comparables & recent sales, property values for acquisitions and/or sales. Responsible for preparing project reports, project estimates, project schedules, directing and coordinating bidding, awarding contracts and coordinating all phases of construction from initial job walk through project close-out. Also ensure A&E & construction coordination with all government regulatory agencies. Ability to manage staff and multiple projects concurrently and provide creative analytical solutions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
