Daily Duties at Strategis Group:
Provide development services to GC, property owners and investors via Owner Representative, construction management and design services- Oversee, manage, coordinate all aspects of construction/development including, but not limited to, site acquisition, entitlement processes, site acceptance, interfacing w/ A&E firms, value cost engineering, estimate and bidding, project scheduling, and contract review & negotiation. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and provide creative analytical solutions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
