Daily Duties at Chrysler Llc:

Program Manager Accepted Chrysler VTIP package in order to pursue other management opportunities. • Managed all activities (global purchasing, sourcing strategies, supplier development, monitoring supplier quality and performance, establish world class global supply base, develop and execute global business plan) in supplier management which required to develop and launch all Chassis Systems for Chrysler vehicle programs in Russia and Chrysler Sebring and Journey domestic vehicle programs. Successfully launched all 3 Chrysler vehicle programs in P. R. China and Taiwan. • Maintain interface with all Functional Groups and Business Units as Chassis Engineering Program Integration Manager , met or exceeded all cost, performance and launch benchmarks which created $10M in profit annually. • Played a key role in achieving $58M in cost reduction and program savings while maintaining the same performance requirements for all Chrysler car and minivan platform Chassis Systems through global sourcing activities (establish, maintain and develop LCC Supplier Development Process to meet cost, quality and timing) in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Lead Mechanical Engineer • Designed and released components, systems for nine Chrysler car and minivan vehicle programs (including Hybrid vehicle programs) at chassis and body-in-white engineering platforms, including BIW assembly systems, brake systems, fuel systems, shift systems, suspension systems, exhaust systems and body-in-white parts and assemblies. • Delivered superior functional performance with over $40M savings through these vehicle programs’ lives. • Led customer oriented product development process for NVH, durability and crash/safety requirements and issue identification/resolution, reduced warranty by 10%-50% for eight Chrysler car and minivan vehicle programs.
