Shanghai GAM is a fully integrated manufacturer in China with over 2000 employees worldwide. Recruited to introduce GAM’s products to North America market, reported to GAM’s President in China. • Developed marketing strategy and identified new product development process for GAM to enter North America market through automotive and truck aftermarkets. Delivered $2+M annual sales in automotive and truck aftermarkets from start-up. Average savings to customers was 25+%. • Successful leadership for business opportunities in international and multicultural environments (including North America, China, South America, Europe and Asia) and successfully built strong long term relationships with new North America and European customers. • Achieved on time deliveries through supply chain management support to customers and at the same time increased GAM’s profit margins by 2% through logistics improvement.
