• Provided significant current and future cost reductions for the US Navy by building a Medical Executive Information System (BI). Project scope included planning, requirements analysis, and quality assurance. • Cost areas for improvement included management, quality of care and allocation of resources. Business functions included Finance, Managed Care, Planning, Human and Physical Resources, Contracting, Education and Training, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Operational Forces. • Designed system functionality to include OLAP drill-down to multiple levels of detailed data, embedded SQL queries, multi-dimensional modeling, and various decision support tools and forecasting. • Led Facilitated Workshops and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to refine requirements.
