Designed and developed operational and sales policies, processes, and procedures, with strong emphasis on product awareness, basic through advanced selling techniques, and customer service delivery to achieve high satisfaction and loyalty. Directly managed 3 District Managers and 40 indirect reports. Recruited and mentored personnel.
