• Performed analysis of existing suite of eCRM software products, architecture, databases and processes. • Used Oracle Migration Workbench to migrate SQL Server 7-based products, databases and PL/SQL stored procedures to DrugStore.com’s Oracle 8i (Release 2) to enable support for both SQL Server and Oracle. • Assisted with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) procedures, and XML for new eCRM product development.
