• Provided business and technical consultation while planning a Case Management/CRM enterprise system. • Managed client teams for requirements analysis, strategy planning, and development and writing of an RFP for vendor selection for the integration of field user needs and servoces implementation planning. • Prepared CRM data models and CRM crossover documents; analyzed, and improved existing SQL Server database models and functions for improved execution and deployment to field users.
