• Planned BI support for a corporate Quality Data Initiative to define and improve operational metrics. • Provided metrics used to reduce customer network outage times by approximately 18%. • Worked with Engineering, Networks, Software Development and Customer Advocacy business units to define specific organizational and functional BI requirements using Siebel Analytics (now Oracle OBIEE) and Cognos. • Helped design an enterprise data warehouse for providing improved corporate Business Intelligence. • Developed Livelink hierarchies, functional specifications, process and data models, data integration plans, swim-lane and context diagrams, metrics and analyses for corporate and functional dashboards.
