Strategically negotiated and priced contracts to maintain competitive leveraging, drive revenue growth, and optimize bottom-line profitability. Prepared government contracts and administered contract modifications. Conducted comprehensive review, implemented various contracting clauses, and analyzed contractor’s proposals and cost & pricing data. Contributed problem solving abilities toward resolving discrepancies and other contract issues. Researched regulations to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/ Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and utilized the automated contract preparation system (ACPS)
