• Managed programming efforts for PeopleSoft applications supporting a nationwide integrated managed care organization. • Provided troubleshooting support, installation, upgrading, and configuration of 3rd party application software for Windows 95/Windows NT workstations. • Documented code and architecture in accordance with established quality assurance standards. • Audited PeopleSoft systems to provide updates and maintain integrity. • Oversaw PC software installations and integrations. • Translated functional requirements into technical specifications. • Prepared and analyzed system reports to ensure minimal performance issues. Selected Highlights • Led a project to design, test, deploy, and maintain solution architecture for a customize, highly functional and secure application supporting PeopleSoft MDPeople physician year-end processing functions. • Provided security administration and end-user support for a PeopleSoft Physician Benefits / Payroll system to ensure benefits and payroll transactions were processed securely with optimal efficiency. • Tracked and managed programming requirements to provide system reporting for a Genesys Physician Benefits / Payroll system mainframe used by various departments throughout Southern California.
