Worked effectively with marketing brand executives and developed & implemented national promotional campaigns. Key employee in setting up strategic sourcing initiatives to produce/procure dry goods for on shelf products. Exceeded all targets by contacting factories and working closely with the purchasing team & overseas agents. Travelled extensively to China, South Korea, Ireland, France, and Bangladesh to research supplier’s worldwide and reduced company’s budget by $5 million annually. Co-chaired Brand Development team for all new products and produce/strategic sourced 450 products in Asia. Led the Purchasing Team & reduced overall budget by $5 million annually and successfully managed budget of $63 million.
