Daily Duties at Centex Construction:

• Started up the project, in charge of setting up the trailer/office complex. • Reviewed MEP pay applications. • Ran/coordinated the MEP trades for the project, along with processing their RFI’s and Submittals. • Processed all change orders for the project. • Project Superintendent in charge of the excavation, dewatering, tie back operation and test piles until full time Superintendent was on site. • Involved in the preconstruction meetings with the owner and the architect. • Created and updated all schedule information with our scheduler for the project for my sectors. • In charge of the over all safety of my sectors of the building. • Made sure all work was installed per the project specification, drawings and contracts. • In charge of all field activities regarding all tie in work from the new to the existing facility. • Coordinated all work between NIH and Centex. • Ran impact meetings with NIH user groups. • Coordinated subcontractor’s day to day operations and scheduling.
