• Negotiated and wrote all scopes of work for the subcontractors. • Reviewed/Processed all submittals. • Ran all owner meetings. • Processed all RFI’s. • In charge of all coordination between the architect, owner and subcontractors. • Created and implemented punch list process for the project. • Created, updated and implemented the project schedule. • Negotiated and processed all change orders with the owner and subcontractors. • Responsible for coordinating all deliveries to the site per the contract schedule. • Reviewed and processed all subcontractor pay applications. • Processed all owner pay applications.
