Daily Duties at Johnson & Associates Inc.:

Responsible for sales of transcription, coding, and billing as well as software services to hospitals and clinics throughout the US and Canada. The sales process includes presenting to CFOs, CEOs, and other top executives. Other sales responsibilities include making the sale, writing up RFP’s and contracts, follow up, closing, and maintaining the account. Responsible for Account Management for all existing and new accounts. Duties include setting up new clients, managing the relationship with current and new clients and their business interfaces, visiting client sites to ensure customer satisfaction, document issues, trouble shoot and solve problems which include IT or other business issues. Work closely with the off shore staff that processes the medical transcription and billing, also work closely with outsourced staff that perform the same function. Responsible for Customer Service Duties which include trouble shooting and implementing solutions for my personal accounts. Work with IT in setting up client interfaces, trouble shoot technical issues, and implement solutions for my personal accounts.
