Key contributor to a turnaround team charged with building a new Radix Brand: • Initiated and completed account transitions for the newly hired, European and Asia-Pacific Territory Managers. • Launched a new brand identity, brand guidelines and compliance policies to Radix dealers, in a global marketplace. • Developed the advertising budget and created integrated campaigns (print and internet platforms) to enhance and support Radix dealer sales performance. • Developed the marketing budget and created a strategic marketing plan, including event marketing, sponsorships, speaking engagements for the President and the development of all marketing collaterals. • Assisted with the launch of SageCRM and the creation of SageCRM management reports.
