Supported SVP/Claims Training and Eastern Zone and Western Zone Training Managers with special projects, as assigned, logistics and financial management for Claims Training, in accordance with TARP mandates. • Tasked with a comprehensive review of 2008 Expenses and the creation of a transaction-level accounting report, allowing greater transparency to identify cost savings strategies for 2009. Y-T-Y expenses were slashed, netting bottom-line results: - 30% savings on Airfare - 76% savings on Hotel - 82% savings on Meals - 55% savings on Printing Services - 75% savings on Average Per Person Cost of Training
